Our Learning Education Advancement Program (LEAP) is an exciting initiative designed to upskill team members and enhance professional competencies—all within a culture of support and encouragement. LEAP is available at every community we serve and reflects our commitment to lifelong learning and team member development. Participants who complete the required training receive two increases in pay as well as a $250 bonus.
Beyond LEAP, Grace Team supports staff interested in career advancement. Our dedicated Workforce Consultant, Tammy Pettijohn, is available to assist team members explore scholarships and other resources to achieve their professional and educational goals.
